Privacy Policy

We respect your trust. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Effective dateJune 4, 2026

Information We Collect

We collect information you give us directly and a limited amount of information that is gathered automatically when you visit this site.

Information you provide

When you sign up, volunteer, contact us, or otherwise interact with our forms, you may give us your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and mailing or street address. You choose what to share. Some fields are required so we can follow up with you, and the rest are optional.

Contributions

When you make a contribution, you do so through ActBlue, our donation processor. ActBlue collects the information needed to process your gift and to meet legal reporting requirements, including your name, mailing address, employer, and occupation. Campaign finance law requires us to report certain contributor information to election authorities, and that reported information becomes part of the public record. We do not collect or store your full payment card number. ActBlue handles payment details under its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you view, and the site or ad that referred you. We use cookies and similar technologies to gather some of this information. See Cookies and Analytics below.

How We Use It

We use the information we collect to:

  • Send you campaign updates, event invitations, and other messages by email and text, when you have opted in to receive them.
  • Respond to your questions, requests, and volunteer or press inquiries.
  • Organize events, coordinate volunteers, and plan voter outreach.
  • Process and acknowledge contributions and meet our legal reporting obligations.
  • Understand how people use the site so we can improve it and measure the reach of our messages.
  • Protect the campaign, our supporters, and the public from fraud, abuse, and security threats, and comply with the law.

Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the ways described here.

Service providers

We work with trusted vendors who process information on our behalf so the campaign can operate. These include:

  • Supabase, which hosts our supporter database. This is our system of record for the information you submit through our forms.
  • Mailchimp, which we use to send and manage campaign email. We mirror contact details to Mailchimp so we can reach subscribers by email.
  • ActBlue, which processes contributions and handles payment information directly.
  • Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (the Meta pixel), which help us measure site traffic and the performance of our outreach.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to provide services to us, subject to their own privacy practices.

Legal and safety

We may disclose information when required by law, in response to a lawful request, to comply with campaign finance reporting, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of the campaign, our supporters, or others.

Campaign transitions

Political committees sometimes combine efforts or transfer assets. If the campaign is succeeded by or merged into another committee, supporter information may be transferred consistent with this policy and applicable law.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, to remember your preferences, and to understand how the site is used.

We use Google Analytics to see how visitors find and move through the site, and the Meta pixelto measure and improve the reach of our advertising. These tools may set their own cookies and collect information such as your IP address and the pages you view. Their use of that information is governed by Google’s and Meta’s respective privacy policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Most browsers also honor a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal. Turning off cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

  • Access and correction. You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will honor reasonable requests, except where we are required to keep certain records, such as contribution information that must be reported and retained under campaign finance law.

To make any of these requests, contact us using the details at the bottom of this page.

Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including working with reputable providers, restricting access to supporter data, and relying on encrypted connections for our forms and services. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information safe and to limit how long we retain it to what we reasonably need.

Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
